Shims
Large Shims are perfect for adjusting doorframes, windows, or even your flooring. They are necessary for seamlessly fitting parts of your home, like cabinets, into their spots. Sometimes, despite measuring your space for a doorframe or a window, you find there?s a gap that needs to be filled in! Our Large Shims can be used to fill those gaps. You might also use them to fix a squeaky floor!
Our Shims are only available in a large size. Cut them down using a utility knife after they are placed for an ideal fit. We do not offer a sample-size shim.

This shiplap wall finishing has two sizes and one species option (Radiata Pine) but can still make any space pop. The shiplap is also available in both 8-foot and 16-foot length options, or 4-inch samples if you’d like to see how it looks before making a full purchase.
Softwood Boards
Our softwood boards are a practical choice for shelving, window ledges, wainscoting and general trim work. They come in Fir and Solid Pine, in 1x, 5/4 and 2x thicknesses and 4″ to 12″ nominal widths. Both species take paint well and can also be stained. 4″ samples are available online. Please contact your local store for current lengths and inventory.
