Description
WindsorONE 2×10 Trim Board
Wide, thick and only available with a rough sawn face, which suits the places it usually goes. WindsorONE 2×10 measures 1 7/16″ thick by 9 1/4″ wide, and it is built for skirt boards, deep fascia and stair skirts.
It holds paint the way wood does, which is the main thing PVC never quite manages. Rot and insects are what kill exterior trim, and both are covered for 30 years. Three coats of acrylic latex primer go on at the factory, so it arrives ready for topcoat.
S1S2E is the sole profile stocked here.
At 16ft and 20ft it outruns the 8ft stock most yards carry.
Thickness is 1 7/16″. Hold it against a framing 2x and the sixteenth is visible. Compare 2×10 boards. If you need more or less face, WindsorONE 2×8 is the next size down and WindsorONE 2×12 the next size up. See the WindsorONE range for the sizes either side of this one.
S1S2E only in this size, so if the detail demands a smooth face you will need to plane it or step down to 1×10.
