Millie is our AI assistant. She helps you find the right mouldings, check sizes and materials, work out how much you need, and answers questions about delivery, samples and our showrooms, any time, by text or by voice.
Look for the Millie button at the bottom right of any page.
What Millie can help with
Find the right profile
Ask for a style, size or material, like "modern baseboard around 5 inches", and she shows a few options with photos and links.
Match from a photo
Send a clear, straight-on photo of the profile or cut end and she suggests the closest mouldings we carry.
Estimate materials
Give her room sizes or the number of doors and windows and she estimates the linear feet you need, waste included.
Delivery, samples and returns
Delivery areas and fees, free 4″ samples, returns, cutting to length and our other store policies.
Showrooms and hours
Addresses, phone numbers and whether a showroom is open right now.
Reach our team
Ask for a person at any time and she opens a short form so our team can get back to you.

- Timer
- Voice chats last up to 8 minutes and end after about a minute and a half of silence.
- End
- Stops the voice chat. You can keep typing afterwards.
Voice works best in Chrome or Safari, somewhere fairly quiet.
Good to know
- Prices
- Millie doesn't quote prices. Call one of our showrooms, or add the material to your cart with Add to quote on the product page and our team will send you a quote very soon.
- Orders
- Millie can't place, change or cancel orders. Our showroom team can.
- Installation
- We sell mouldings and millwork. We don't offer installation.
Millie is in beta. She is still learning and can make mistakes. Her answers are general guidance, not a quote, a contract or professional advice. Please confirm sizes, availability, prices and order details with our team before you buy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Moulding Company is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on Millie's answers.
Your privacy
Your messages, any photos you send and, in voice chats, your voice are processed by our AI service providers so Millie can answer you. We don't record or store your audio. Conversations are kept for up to 30 days and are never sold. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.
